In the interest of keeping both our staff and patrons safe, Lola has implemented the following policies:
• Only 20 patrons are permitted to be in the restaurant at any given time
• Each table is only used once per service
• Every table and chair is sanitised before and after every guest
• Guests will have their temperature checked and asked the following questions on arrival:
– “Have you recently returned from any interstate or international travel?”
– “Have you been in contact with anyone in the past two weeks that has tested positive to having COVID-19?”
– “Are you currently experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms?”
– “Are you travelling to us from one of the current Melbourne COVID-19 postcode hotspots?”
• If you answered yes to any of the above questions, we will politely require you to leave the premises
• Guest information is recorded at time of booking OR time of patronage and records are kept for the allocated 28 days
• Guests need to present a valid drivers licence with a current residential address upon check-in.
• All staff are equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment and have undergone further training on safe hygiene practices
• Hand sanitiser is available at each entry point to the restaurant for guest use
• Each booking has an allocated time slot to adhere to capacity laws
• Duty managers have been issued with a COVID Safe certificate and undergone relevant training by the Victorian Government
